Why can't I turn it off
Just finished charging it & it won't turn off & the screen is frozen. It's playing but shows the song as paused & the on/off doesn't work

With the charger connected to the player, press and hold the Power and back buttons (both together) for 10 seconds and then release them and check if this causes the player to respond or not.
