UN65H7150 Discolored Screen

I have a UN65H7150 that wasn’t used for a year or so. Now I’ve started to use it again, but the screen shows varying discoloration across the screen.

I checked all of the cables inside, confirmed I have the latest firmware, done a factory reset. But nothing makes a difference. The backlights appear to be OK, so I’m thinking power supply board or Tcon. Any recommendations?
