I have an ASUS TUF Gaming F15 (FX506LI, i7-10870H, GTX 1650 Ti) and after around 3.5 years of usage this laptop has started to overheat too much. What should I do?

Clean out the inside of the Laptop. Sometimes dust and collect near the CPU and create insulation.
Check Task Manager (Ctl + Alt + Del -> Task Manager) and see if there is a certain program overusing the system's memory, CPU, GPU, etc.
