Console won't turn on

I bought a ps2 90001 series at a garage sale for 40 dollars. I got home and started it up and everything seemed fine all games ran perfectly. however There was a putrid smell like smoke and something else. I opened it up to find a roach infestation. I quickly cleaned the console and washed all plastic parts and used ipa on the board and other parts however when I put it back together and plugged in the cord I don't see the red light come on at all.
