My pc doesn't show bios after turning it on

Hello! I've been searching for answers on what happened to my pc. After I manually set my ram speed to 2666 (which is my ram's exact speed) after I clicked (save and reboot) it exited bios and my pc won't boot up but the cpu is still on. I really hope someone can help me with this, Before doing this my pc ran perfectly, I was just trying to maximize my ram usage and that's the only thing I've done.

@cyperh13 Remove your RAM and try to restart your computer without . See if you get anything popping up. After that reinstall your RAM and try to get into the BIOS right from the start. You did not tell us what MSI this is or what motherboard it is using.

I actually had this exact problem. For me, I had to manually reset my BIOS.

First, open up your computer and locate the CMOS battery (little coin cell battery connected to your motherboard). You can usually find this under your GPU, so you will likely have to unplug it.

Make sure all power is disconnected from the computer. Remove the CMOS battery and wait a minute or two. You can press the power button on the computer to make sure all power is flushed.

Once you've done that, put the CMOS battery back in. Reseat the GPU and plug the computer back in. When you power on the PC, the BIOS will be cleared of any custom settings you had.
