Corsair Harpoon Wireless No longer charging

Hi there, My Mouse ran out of battery. However I tried to charge it back up by connecting the cable to my pc per normal, but nothing is happening, no lights, no indication to say it’s charging, and no indication in the Corsair application either. Any suggestions?

Hi @michaelthomson,

Have you tried using a different known working compatible USB cable to charge the mouse?

Also checked that the PC's USB port is working OK as per charging and data transfer e.g. plug in a mobile phone and check if it charges and that you can access the storage in the phone via the USB connection?

Just covering some bases as you didn't say what you've tried.
