Membrane keyboard CAPSLOCK is not functioning (HAMA Cyberboard)

Is a membrane keyboard repairable? Does it worth it? I like this keyboard of mine, I can live without CAPS but if it not that hard to repair, I would definitely give a chance before I would buy a new one.

Short Answer is, yes, they are repairable. You will need a multi-meter and a means of bridging the defects you find, conductive ink is a good choice. The problems you will face are opening the case without damaging it so you can put it back together when you're done, and locating the areas that need to be fixed. once you have it open all you need to do is perform continuity checks on all those silvery metal things , when you find a break in the circuit using the meter, dab a tiny bit of the conductive ink on the bad spot and keep checking when you've located and patched the bad spots let everything dry nicely then reassemble it. membrane keyboards fail because the circuit gets warm and fails - basically cracks in those silver puppies. if your keys are the sort that will fall out and scatter best take a photo first so if they do you can put them back where they belong. Whether that fits "not too hard" I don't know, but hey, consider it an adventure and don't stress out over it. If you succeed, be prepared to do it again as all those little membrane keyboards do this (and will again) Good Luck!
