Screen starts flickering and turning yellow with horizontal lines,

How to fix sudden flickering and horizontal lines with screen turning yellow. Some times screen fades out some times pixel appears on whole skin. Once screen turned off it returns to normal for couple of seconds or minutes some times and then same problem starts.
