I'm missing the fader knob for the k.o. 2 ep-133. Where can I get one ?

Have you thoroughly checked the packaging (could hide in some wrinkles or packaging material)?
Otherwise TE would be able to help you out directly if you contact their lovely support team.
P.S. Be careful when popping the knob onto the fader and avoid strong pressure, press it on very gently (#fadergate) ;)
