Why is the right side of my phone on the screen not clickable?
The right side of my phone screen is not responding to touch affecting number 1, 4, 7 and ×. How can this be fixed please I can't enter my password

Just clarifying did you mean the left side as most number pads show 1, 4, 7 & * on that side, not the right side?
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
What is the model number of your phone?
