My Xbox one s got damaged by a lightning storm and didnt power up. I took it apart and found the power supply was fried. After replacing the power supply it finally booted up but now it doesn't produce a picture on my TV. I've tried booting it up in low resolution etc as well, still nothing. Is my motherboard also fried? And if so is it even worth replacing?

Possibly a fried HDMI retimer chip, but it could well be something further upstream.
It's definitely not worth replacing if big chips fail but you need to confirm if it is the case first.
