I have a Samsung WA51A5505AW with same unremovable 9C8 ERROR CODE. Samsung help was no help, this washer is only 14 months old like new and I tried every YouTube and on line fix but nothing seems to remove the 9C8 code. Pasadena, Md

I was on the phone with Samsung all morning for the same issue. Even though our machine is out of warranty they are sending out a tech at no cost to us because this error code is covered under the recall issued last year. Apparently the update that was done last year has failed
