Steereng wheel not turning on

I have connect xl steereng wheel,it work for like 4-5 months,but it started to change it's apperance,like it regognized before as a steereng wheel,but it started to regognize as some chinese words,and after a while it stopt working enteirly(dont blame my gramatic,english is not my primary language)
