Screws wont come out, can I use heat or solvent? How much pressure?

The screws in my 80D, by the viewfinder, are too tight to get out, probably loctited.

I have the right 00JIS screwdriver.

Can I use a heatgun, or will contact cleaner,etc help?

I dont want to use too much pressure, but there must be a way
