Why is I can't send text?

Take out your SIM card and next open settings go to apps find the message app your having a issue with clear the cache and force close the app and clear the storage data. While it does that restart the phone and when it done doing the start up, put in Sim card and try it again. This should work sometimes updates and poor cellular signal can cause some minor issues.
