Hi @mahletaddisu

Troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the problem:

Software:

a). Check that all the vibration settings are enabled and as you would like. Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Vibrate while ringing, Vibration Pattern, Vibration Intensity and System Sound/Vibration Control.

b) If all the settings are OK, start the phone in safe mode and check.

c). Hard reset (aka Factory restore) the phone and check.

Important: A hard reset will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the phone to its default factory condition. Backup the phone to the cloud or a computer before performing the hard reset. Also if there is a Google or Samsung account associated with the phone you will need to know the user ID and password for the account so that you can access and setup the phone again after the hard reset has been performed. This is due to the FRP lock (factory reset Protection) that has been enabled due to the reset.

If still no good it may be a hardware problem:

a). Here's an image of the Vibrate motor troubleshooting flowchart from the service manual and also zoomed in and normal size images of the board layout showing the location of the components mentioned in the flowchart.

If it is determined that the vibrate motor is faulty here's a teardown video for the phone that will help. The vibrate motor can be seen being removed at 3:11 minutes into the video.

Sometimes there are bugs in operating systems (i have them every now and then). Best option for you is to factory restart phone. If it doesnt help you know its not on operating system. In that case its hardware and i doubt you have knowledge to get into phone and replace vibration module. Best bet if its not os, take it to hardware repair shop. They have tools needed to disassemble screen and touch digitizes without damaging them.
