My laptop won’t open
When I to start my laptop I get this option window says
Exit And continue to window recovery
Use another operating system
Troubleshoot
I tried all of it but my pc won’t open

You need to check boot options (boot with uefi ) and boot without it. Also it could be HDD/ SSD issue or your files are corrupted.
I would suggest if bios doesnt help, reinstall new system with usb stick.

Do you hear a Power ON beep? Is your battery dead (battery problem) or not charging (charging system problem)? Try to start in SAFE MODE by pressing F5 or F8 when starting.

I think you may mean that Windows does not boot up. Is that correct.
It would help us help you if you gave more details. A vague "I tried all of it. . ." doesn't really help us.
