A question mark appearing when trying to charge the phone, usually indicates that the battery is not being detected in the phone. Loose battery cable connection or more likely a failed battery.
Here's a video that shows how to replace the battery in the phone that may help.
Rather than using a heat pad to warm up the adhesive that is holding the battery in situ, as shown in the video, it may be better to use a syringe filled with Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ to loosen it as shown in this video for a nearly similar phone.
