How to fix the antenna path?

Hi can anybody tell me how to bridge the iphone 4 Cellular antenna path to the blue inductor? I am going to use wire glue, but I'd like instructions on how to do this task; graphics or pictures would be super helpful. And will this fix my searching , no service issue?
