Touch doesnt work and camera icon greyed out

Hi,

I wanted to replace the screen on my iPhone XS but while disconnecting the display flex cables, the display fell out of my hands and the only thing that caught my display was the flex cable for the earpiece. I quickly reconnected the other display cables to check if i destroyed something and now, the Touch screen doesnt work and the Camera Icon on the home screen is greyed out. I cant imagine this being because of the flex of the earpiece. The earpiece doesn’t have anything to do with touch and camera right?

What did i destroy?

The earpiece connector is also connected to the proximity sensor and it controls face Id so if that is torn it will make the front camera not work right and the only way to fix face Id is have apple replace the earpiece setup. You also might have shorted something if you Still had the battery hooked up or you might have knocked off a filter or capacitor or damaged a cable. You should probably have a professional look at it.

Oh ok. Battery was disconnected to i didnt short anything. The touch is also not working but that has to be because of something else right? If i were to replace the earpiece myself, i would also loose face ID if i understood that correctly. I might sell the Phone on ebay as not working and see if i get 20€ for it but if the earpiece replacement doesnt destroy face id and repairs touch, i would try it myself
