Electrolux Ranges are built in the USA by a Swedish Multinational Company. Several of the models have a Rack Sensor that prevents operation of the CLEAN cycle without removal of the racks. Failure of the Rack Sensor prevents the CLEAN cycle from running. The three sensors available for parts purchase cost >$250 and are difficult to replace.

Paawan, I'm guessing here, but is this a microwave oven? We're really going to need the model number of your oven; they make far too many of them for us to know how to help you with just the information you've given so far.
