Cpu working but no display on screen.
Some days before, my PC was in my room and some rats gone in my CPU and do toilet on motherboard then after I am facing this problem.

Good evening,
I don't really have enough information on this to diagnose correctly. What I need is:
* What is your CPU?
* Does it have integrated graphics?
* When those rats did what they did, what state was the computer in? (On or Off?)
* Did you clean your computer after with water (big uh oh oopsie if you did)
* Did they chew up your port/cable?

* I have Dell optiplex 390.
* It doesn't have integrated graphics.
* When that rats go in cpu it's works for one day but day after it suddenly stops showing display but the SMPS is working fine but when I plug keyboard there is no light in it.
* I didn't clean computer or motherboard from water.
*That rats didn't chew any of port or cable I checked that all.

Right, that's a bit more info to work it.
The fact it doesn't have integrated graphics means it cannot output to a display.
Grab a gpu of some sort and then put it in the computer and fire it up. This is likely your cause however if it doesnt have an iGPU and put out a display before, that is impossible and in fact, one of those two cannot be true.
