Evaporator in fresh food section icing over

I have a dual evaporator system one in the freezer and one in the fridge. The freezer is cooling to set temp, but the fresh food section is not, only going down to about 50 degrees. I removed the back paneling of the fresh food section to find the coils iced over. Obviously it has a defrost problem. What should I replace first?
