Asif Khan, does it behave any differently with a wireless charger? The wireless charging uses a different circuit to get to the logic board than the wired charging does so that would help eliminate the charging port/lightning connector as a possible source of the problem.

Otherwise it's not always easy to figure out why a particular phone is restarting, especially if it won't boot so you can't retrieve any error logs. Start by putting it in DFU mode and plugging it into a computer (Google it if you need to). If you can get it to connect, try restoring the phone, but know that you will lose all the data on the phone if you do.

If that doesn't work or you don't want to risk losing what's on the phone, the next thing to try would be replacing the battery. The battery has a circuit board on it that can cause boot problems with the phone if it goes bad, so it's definitely possible that could fix it.

But before you do that, give the wireless charging a try and let us know if the DFU restore works or not. After that we can see where you are and try and figure out your next step.
