the bottom half of my phone screen is frozen which means i cannot access my whole password only the numbers 123456 and whenever i try turn the power off it comes back on with “iphone is disabled for 7 hours” it’s been like this for months please any help is appreciated !

Screen has failed. Try a new screen, should fix it.
