I've used the rubber band trick before, similar to what this guy is doing in the YouTube Video. You don't necessarily need to use a drill like he did, you can also just use a regular screwdriver.

Unfortunately, using the rubber band with a regular screwdriver and also a drill, did not dislodge the screws. One thing to keep in mind is the pressure applied during the process. Not knowing what electronic parts lie under the screws, one has to be careful putting too much pressure on a very thin laptop. Incidentally, those two screws are three times longer than the other twelve screws that secure the frame. My solution was the use of a Dremel tool (with a fine point) and try to drill a straight line channel that will accommodate a regular screw driver. Problem solved.
