Q70T 55" keeps restarting after black screen engulfs the whole screen.

This issue happened out of nowhere. I turned on the TV and loaded up the PS5, all normal for 5 minutes. Then I open YouTube, and then suddenly a black screen engulfs the screen. Looked as if a TV app was opened, but I noticed my TV controller was not being accidentally pressed or anything. Then the QLED logo would pop up, and it started looping.

I already tried leaving the TV disconnected for over a minute, then plugging back in. When it plugged in, it temporarily showed the PS5 screen until the black screen showed up again, and then looped.

I have some screenshots from a video I took of this. Does anyone know what it is? I haven't seen anything like it. It's out of warranty unfortunately but if it's some power issue where I can replace the power supply board myself or anything similar for cheaper than a new 4K 120hz 55" TV, then I'm happy to do it but for now I need to know what this issue is and why it happened because this TV has never been damaged. It's been mounted since day 1, for about 2 and a half years. If need be, I can upload the video.
