Is the headphone jack in the iPhone SE and iPhone 5/5s identical?

Hi, I have an iPhone SE 2016. The headphone jack is not outputting sound on any device that is plugged in to it, despite showing up as plugged in on my iPhone volume slider in control center. I had my iPhone SE "repaired" long ago at a sketchy phone repair store and my headphone jack has not worked since. I do have an iPhone 5 or 5s laying around (I don't remember which model it is), and I am wondering if I can swap the headphone jack part between the phones, if they are the same. Please let me know if this is possible. Thank you :)

For the price just replace the charge port assembly as it has the charge port, headphone port and microphone, speaker connection on it. There’ll be a guide on ifixit how to replace it.

It's hard to say if the headphone jack itself is the same, as it isn't normally replaced separately from the lightning port assembly, but that assembly is not compatible between the 5S and the 1st gen SE.

Given that you can pick up a brand new one from Amazon for $8 USD, it's probably not worth the trouble of unsoldering the jack from your old phone and swapping it out with the SE's jack.
