PN63B550T2FXZA S401 red light on, on/off button on both no responce

I Have A PN63B550T2FXZA S401... my daughter kept blowing the house fuse that caused the TV to not turn on...only the red light stays on and the remote and physical on/off doesn't work... tried all resets and replaced cords, even plugged into wall directly...still nothing ( Note: I leave it plugged in and all it does is click, red light blinks once every 30mins )..HELP... what do I need to replace inside????
