Why is my laptop extremely hot?

Hi! I'm using Lenovo IdeaPad 700 for 5 years. Around six months ago it started to be extremely hot. it shutting down from itself and it low the performance of the programs and games.

I think it because the processor Cooling material, so I change the material with another one. It helps for a couple of weeks and the problem comes again.
