I have a arctis 7+ and it says it’s connected but it won’t turn on

i’ve had the arctis 7+ since december and today i woke up and tried playing but it wouldn’t turn on so i tried all the things recommended like testing if the ports are working and changing the cables and i tried resetting it but i’m not sure if it did anything it still won’t turn on its been charging for like an hour
