As with many other users I have a Packtalk Bold out of warranty with a bad USB connector. It works if the cable is held pressed up or down. Many have had solder failures but not this one, I need a new connector but studying images and footprints at Mouser and DigiKey has failed to ID a likely candidate.

you can find the correct USB connector here....warning...its a bit tricky without the right equipment. I have successfully fixed two so far with USB replacements. If the trace has pulled away from the board....you may need to fix that also. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NQB...

Thank you I bought a couple of these off Amazon from your link from uxcell and had my local “iKrack” micro solder shop replace one for me. It worked well.

is standard micro usb, but many Times on this model is the PCB lines missing, then need make jumper.
