I recently replaced an IR blaster board with one purchased from iFixit because the power button broke on my old one.
The button on the new one works great, but now my console doesn't beep when I power on the console.
I've googled it, and most answers were "unplug it and plug it back in." This has not resolved the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I’d say as long as the console powers on, there would be no real issue to fix. Unless you really want the beeping noise there’s nothing you have to do.
I’d look into your audio settings potentially, or perhaps look into your installation of the board to make sure it was done 110% correctly.
Again, unless you really miss that beeping noise, as long as it’s working fine you should have nothing to worry about.
