Where can I source small repair parts? The neck gasket specifically

The seal below the metal ring on my io is split so water gets inside the body of the toothbrush. Can I buy a replacement for it? Or is there some other kind of repair I have to do instead involving silicone sealant or something?

Oral B (P & G) (Braun) provide no spare parts. It is disgraceful that a company can sell such an expensive item which they will not service and repair.
