PS4s tend to be a little louder in general. All consoles with a fan and radiator need to be cleaned out periodically. They should also have their thermal paste replaced fairly often and thermal pads replaced as needed.

How much do you think a repair is?
To clean it not repair it?
@davidmedra58472 Well you can clean it yourself or take it to a shop that can but I would guess the price would probably be $40+.
