I have an Oppo 103 Blu-ray player that still works fine (it plays other discs). But for one particular Blu-ray disc it does not play. I guess the problem is the disc, but it does not have any scratches. And I played it before. The player tries to load the disc and shows top menu on its small screen. But nothing appears on TV. Anything I might try? Thanks!

Song Jin since this is only with "But for one particular Blu-ray disc it does not play" it is most likely the disk. Of course, you can always try and clean the laser lens and see if that helps. You can get one of the commercially available lens cleaner disk, or disassemble your device and clean the lens with a cotton tipped applicator and some 96% or higher (100% if you can get it). then re-evaluate.
