My phone is stuck at Samsung logo and won't turn off when I pushed the power button. Can it still be fixed?

Try booting into recovery mode and factory reset (will erase all data).
If it does not boot into recovery or system, try reflashing the os.

@Liyana Zulkifli Starting with the phone fully turned off, if you press and hold Power, volume up and the home button for 30 seconds or so it should boot into recovery mode.
