My optical drive stopped accepting BD, but PS1 CD was fine. I have disassembled it (using youtube videos and ifixit manuals), used alcohol to clean and assembled back.
No, when I try to use PS1 disk it tries to spin it few times and than everything stops,

The discs are physically the same size, so I'm unsure as to why it would not accept a blu-ray, but would accept a PS1 game.
When you say you used alcohol to clean, do you mean the lens? If so, what concentration? And did you wipe the alcohol off of the lens instead of just letting it evaporate?
Generally speaking, if a disc drive won't read discs, you clean the lens and if it still doesn't work, replace the laser assembly/drive.

The drive has 2 lens, one for CD/DVD another for BD. This is probably why only BD was affected in the beginning.
Yes, I cleaned lens. 90% alcohol. Didn't wipe the alcohol.
I'm planning to change the laser if needed, only for my MB there are 2 lasers available and I can't find what the difference is, KES-450D and KES-460A.
The question is why it stopped reading CD. When I first checked BD I, most likely, not fully connected the data cable (underneath), second time all looked solid but situation still the same.
