How can I remove a stranger Samsung account?
s 10+ came from France and its came with an orange account and I do no have any idea about the owner

If it has the Google lock you will need to get them to remove it or give you the password.

Yes, there’s a google account and i do not have the password
There are some work-arounds that could be used but they are not very simple and often involve tripping Knox, which can disable features like samsung pay.
