Good Day,

Im have problems, with Imac EMC2544, that Fan speed and very slow to do anything,

when I checked the Active Montier I saw the Kernel take about 90% from CPU , so I did clean install , it takes more than 14 hour to finished and the mouse moves so slow and it sometimes stop moving.

This behavior is pretty indicative of either an issue with overheating, or one of the sensors. Kernel task, if that’s what you’re referencing is a process responsible for many things, and one is sucking up CPU cycles from other processes that the device thinks may cause issues with heat, or stress the system.

This is also normal behavior if the Mac thinks one of its sensors is missing, or is giving bad readings. Try running Apple Diagnostics by pressing and holding the D key immediately after you hit the power button to turn your machine on.
