Any help on what is going on with my screen?
I had to replace the led strips in my television and once I put it back together I had this problem.

The screen is now damaged. This TV cannot be repaired cost effectively, but you can sell the TV boards inside of the TV on eBay or a similar place.
The LCD (screen of the TV) is very fragile and must be treated with care. It can be damaged from sharp objects, falls, or resting the wrong way on something like a table. When working on a TV, I recommend setting it on a floor(don't let any pets near). If your floors are hardwood, get a few towels and set them down so the TV doesn't directly touch the hardwood.
