System powers on then goes on standby PHILIPS HTS3300

Hi,yesterday i leaved my philips hts3300 dvd in standby mode ,plugged on AC.Today when i tried to power it on,nothing happens,just remaining in standby.But when i unplugged the system like a hour it powers on for a min or two but then goes on standby
