Why is my PlayStation buzzing
So my PlayStation has been buzzing recently and I've heard it's coil whine but I seen a video that shows its a defective fan. Is this true? what can I do.

In most cases, it will be a defective fan. A lot of fans make that buzzing noise which is from the fan unable to spin. If you can try opening it up to see the fan, then power it on, look and see if the fan starts to spin. If it doesn't, a new fan will probably need to be put in.
