I rebooted my phone and it is not coming back to life. I plug the charger on it and nothing happens. Other problem is that the only button that works on my phone is the volume up button.

Charge your device for a further 30 minutes. Press and hold the Power button for five seconds. Tap Restart on your screen. If you don't see Restart, hold the power button for a further 30 seconds.

Thank you for the answear. However the power button does not work, only the volume up button works.

When you say rebooted what exactly did you do? Did you click on restart on the turn off screen or did you use a button combination?

@strongbow Yes, i just clicked on restart. But actually the phone is working again, but it is turned off. And since the only button that works is the volume up one, i haven't been able to turn it on yet.
