Hi Dawn,
Can you clarify your question a bit? Do you mean the touch screen isn't working, or you can't get the on-screen keyboard to pop up when needed, or when it does come up it doesn't work?
Does the whole touch screen respond to swipes and presses, or is some of it non-functional?
The more information you can give us, the better your answers will be.
