If you can safely disassemble this item and it is no longer covered under warranty you can easily replace the speaker or speakers that are not working. Just find one that is similar in size and specs example ohms watts etc and either glue or screw it in place of defective one. This may involve soldering the 2 wire connections usually located at rear of the speaker magnet. You can also use crimp on wire terminals instead if you don't have access to a soldering iron. Reassemble then power the unit on and test for use...enjoy!
