2 Replacing the volume control wheel potentiometer
I'd like to replace the volume control potentiometer in my headphones. Does anyone know the parameters of the required replacement part?
Is it 10 K-Ohm like below? Is there someone who did this successfully here?

Are you wanting to replace the pot because it is noisy and crackles when you turn it? I had the same problem. I got some DeoxIT contact cleaner and gave the wheel a good spray (in the out of doors!).
The crackle went away and never returned in over a year

Plus one one this recommendation - alternatively you may use WD40 Contact Cleaner - helped me out with cracking pots throughout the years, but please don’t confuse it with regular WD40
