I bought a troubled ds lite and the screen does this weird thing all the pixels look great but the colors change when the hinge is moved (which it broken) help if you can

Hi Sqwerks,
Assuming you're talking about the upper LCD, it sounds like the ribbon cable connecting it to the motherboard has met it's end, either through all the flexing it's done through the years or as a result of the broken hinge. If you take a look at the picture below, you'll see the flex cable is curled around the hinge, so a broken hinge could be disastrous to the flex.
While it would be worthwhile to disassemble the game and check the upper LCD cable connector just to be sure it's secure, I strongly suspect you'll end up having to replace that flex cable. The bad news is you can't buy it separately from the LCD, so I'm pretty sure you're looking at replacing the LCD (and of course the broken hinge so it doesn't happen again).
You can pick up a replacement for a fairly reasonable price; check Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, etc. Here's a representative sample from Amazon.
Of course, instructions would be nice, and iFixit has you covered there.

Ayo thanks btw gunna up vote this my plan is to reshell it it has other problem like l trigger, game card slot, but thank btw idk how to solder so gunna buy a oem screen with speakers and scrap the old one
And yes sorry I didn’t say it was the top lcd… haha!
@sqwerks_3464 Well, it only makes sense since the bottom LCD wouldn't be affected by the hinge, so I was just double-checking to not give you bad information.
