Although I have checked that there is output voltage in motherboard but doesn't find the problem. Every hardware component seems fine nothing damages in it. I don't trust mechanics here because they don't have that much knowledge about it.

I've got the same problem! I thought it was a motherboard problem too but I have swapped 2 motherboard of the same model and unfortunately no boot. I'm gonna try checking the CMOS battery like one of the comments said

Hi @xerkies

Did you look at pages 132 & 133 of the manual?

All three light blinking indicates the system board is defective, etc.

You must look at what each of the three LED's are doing - blinking, solid or off. It is like a code that you need to decipher.

Let us know what you are getting. Then we may be able to help.

You said you swapped motherboards so the problem could be the battery, hard drive, the Wi-Fi card, defective RAM (swap RAM modules around), the screen (try an external monitor or TV), etc. Try connecting them one at a time and see what the lights display. Could even be the charger so check its voltage.

@aactech okay so the battery and the power button flashes once. Also the caps lock light flashes once too. Does the flash once count as blinking? On the manual there is solid led flash and I'm not sure what that looks like.

@xerkies Solid just means the light comes on and stays on.

Your laptop is 11 years old so it is likely that the battery is dead but read on.

Here is the user manual for the Dell Precision M6600 laptop:

https://dl.dell.com/manuals/all-products...

See page 131 - 133 for battery light codes. Could be a dead battery. Did you try taking out the battery and just use the charger?

Are you using a Dell charger? Non-Dell chargers could cause problems.

You could also try disconnecting the CMOS coin battery, as explained on page 49.

First disconnect the charger, remove the main battery, disconnect the coin battery (if you have a multi-meter check the voltage - 2.5 to 3VDC - if under that replace), press and hold power button for 30 seconds to discharge any power, re-connect connect coin battery, leave out main battery, plug in charger and press power button. Does it turn on?

Hey Mike Thank you for replying.

I followed everything you said but it doesn't turn on. So i am guessing it might have some problem with motherboard.
