this SSD have same size 2.5 inch and same connection SATA III so just swap it :)

I did that but it gives me a circle with a cross.
Than you need instal macOS. Just make bootable USB drive (16GB+). Do you have any other computer ? Or your old drive still working ?
EDIT: I think that the lates supported macOS for your MBP is Catalina 10.15
Just boot up under Internet recovery via either an Ethernet or WiFi connection.
